Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
  • Chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine kefir, Greek yogurt, and frozen berries.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and nut butter if using. Blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. If desired, mix in chia seeds or flax seeds after blending to avoid lumps.
