- 1 ripe banana (optional)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- Chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine kefir, Greek yogurt, and frozen berries.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup and nut butter if using. Blend again until fully incorporated.
- If desired, mix in chia seeds or flax seeds after blending to avoid lumps.

Kefir can separate in the fridge, so give it a good shake before using. This shake keeps well in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
