Ingredients

- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup Kefir (plain, unflavored)
- 3 Fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (fresh preferred)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
- Optional: Chopped fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)
- Optional: A sprinkle of cumin or smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the minced garlic into the yogurt and kefir until well combined.
- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- If using, add any optional ingredients and mix well.
- Let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Store in a glass jar for up to 3 days. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
