- 1/2 cup Yogurt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 cup Mixed fruit (berries, banana, mango, etc.)
- 1/4 cup Granola or nuts
- Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, to taste)
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds into the kefir and let it chill for a few minutes for the seeds to puff up.
- Layer the kefir mixture with yogurt, mixed fruit, and granola/nuts in a glass.
- Drizzle with sweetener if desired.
- Enjoy your parfait immediately or store in a mason jar for later.
