Description

A quick and easy Yogurt-Kefir Fruit Parfait that combines the tangy goodness of kefir with chia seeds and your favorite fruits for a delicious breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kefir (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Mixed fruit (berries, banana, mango, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup Granola or nuts
  • Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds into the kefir and let it chill for a few minutes for the seeds to puff up.
  2. Layer the kefir mixture with yogurt, mixed fruit, and granola/nuts in a glass.
  3. Drizzle with sweetener if desired.
