- 2–3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Grab your blender.
- Pour in one cup of kefir.
- Dump in a big handful of mixed berries.
- Scoop in half a cup of Greek yogurt.
- Add a small banana or a drizzle of honey for sweetness if desired.
- Include 2-3 ice cubes for extra chill.
- Blend on high until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
