Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon kefir grains

Instructions

  1. Pour the fresh milk into a clean jar.
  2. Add the kefir grains to the milk.
  3. Cover the jar with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours or more, depending on desired tanginess.
  4. After fermentation, strain the mixture to remove the grains.
  5. Store the kefir in the fridge and enjoy!
