Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 tablespoon kefir grains
Instructions
- Pour the fresh milk into a clean jar.
- Add the kefir grains to the milk.
- Cover the jar with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours or more, depending on desired tanginess.
- After fermentation, strain the mixture to remove the grains.
- Store the kefir in the fridge and enjoy!
