Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kefir grains
  • 2 cups milk (any kind)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of kefir grains into 2 cups of milk.
  2. Cover the jar with a breathable cloth.
  3. Leave it at room temperature for about 24 hours.
  4. Strain out the grains and enjoy your homemade kefir.
  5. If it separates, stir or shake gently.
