Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh watermelon, diced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup water kefir
- Fresh mint leaves
- Jalapeño slices (optional for spice)
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
Instructions
- Blend the diced watermelon until smooth.
- In a large glass jar, combine the watermelon puree, coconut water, water kefir, mint leaves, jalapeño slices (if using), and sugar.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Cover the jar with cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
- Let it ferment at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
- Once fermented, strain into bottles and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Experiment with different fruits and herbs for unique flavor combinations. For a fizzier drink, bottle it and let it ferment a bit more before refrigerating.
