Ingredients

- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A tiny pinch of salt
- A splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Toss oats into a jar.
- Pour in the kefir.
- Add raspberries and chia seeds.
- Stir in honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Seal the jar and shake it gently.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve topped with extra raspberries or nuts if desired.
