Description

A quick and nutritious breakfast option made with oats, kefir, and raspberries, packed with fiber and probiotics.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A tiny pinch of salt
  • A splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Toss oats into a jar.
  2. Pour in the kefir.
  3. Add raspberries and chia seeds.
  4. Stir in honey, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Seal the jar and shake it gently.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Serve topped with extra raspberries or nuts if desired.

Notes

Make a big batch to last for several days. Healthy and filling breakfast that kids won’t notice contains kefir.
