Description

A vibrant, creamy no-bake fudge inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day and packed with probiotics.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon natural mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly, then gently fold in kefir and mint extract until fully combined.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve, garnishing with cocoa powder or chopped pistachios if desired.
