- 1 cup kefir
- 1 teaspoon natural mint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly, then gently fold in kefir and mint extract until fully combined.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve, garnishing with cocoa powder or chopped pistachios if desired.
