Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mango, kefir, and fresh basil.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Layer the mixture into popsicle molds, freezing for 10-20 minutes between layers for distinct colors (if desired).
- Once fully frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the pops.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container wrapped in wax paper for freshness.
