Instructions
- Add the active milk kefir to the bread machine.
- Combine all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry mixture to the bread machine.
- Select the appropriate bread setting on your bread machine.
- Start the machine and let it bake until golden brown.
- Once done, remove the loaf and let it cool on a wire rack.
