Description

Ingredients

  • Kefir grains
  • Milk or sugar water
  • Optional: lemon, dried figs, or juice for flavor

Instructions

  1. Combine kefir grains with milk or sugar water in a jar.
  2. Cover the jar with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 24 hours.
  3. Taste and decide if you want it tangier; if so, let it sit longer.
  4. Strain out the grains and serve your homemade Kéfir boisson.
