Instructions
- In a bowl, mix kefir, honey, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, black sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with honey, maple syrup, or yogurt.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with mix-ins like blueberries, walnuts, or scallions. Adjust the batter consistency with additional kefir or flour if needed.
