Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or chives
- Salt to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk (or buttermilk), apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Mash about two-thirds of the blue cheese until almost smooth, then fold in the remaining crumbles for texture.
- Add the crumbled blue cheese to the yogurt mixture and stir until combined.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, and salt to taste. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
Notes
For a thinner dressing, use regular plain yogurt. Ensure blue cheese and yogurt are fresh for best results.
