Ingredients

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Cayenne pepper or hot sauce, optional

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese and kefir in the desired ratio (1:1 or 1:2).
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more kefir or blue cheese as needed.
