- 1 cup kefir
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Black pepper, to taste

- Honey or maple syrup, optional
- Cayenne pepper or hot sauce, optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese and kefir in the desired ratio (1:1 or 1:2).
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more kefir or blue cheese as needed.
- For additional flavor, mix in fresh herbs, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
