Description
Easy and healthy frozen yogurt kefir popsicles perfect for a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain kefir (or flavored if preferred)
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek yogurt can be substituted)
- 1–2 cups mixed fruit (raspberries, blueberries, mango)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender, combine kefir, yogurt, mixed fruit, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Blend until smooth (or leave some chunks for texture if preferred).
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
Notes
Use silicone molds for easier removal. You can substitute kefir with buttermilk or drinkable yogurt if needed.
