Instructions

- Let the batter sit for a few minutes to rest.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, adding any toppings like berries or chocolate chips on top.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
