Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the kefir and olive oil.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or cast-iron skillet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
