Description

A quick and healthy breakfast solution made with oats, kefir, blueberries, and vanilla, packed with fiber, protein, and probiotics.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup kefir (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats and kefir.
  2. Swirl in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the blueberries and stir well.
  4. Close the container and shake to mix thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) for best creaminess.
  6. In the morning, stir again and enjoy, optionally topped with nut butter or more fresh fruit.

Notes

Add a pinch of cinnamon for dessert vibes. You can swap honey for maple syrup or skip nuts if you have a nut allergy.
