A quick and healthy breakfast solution made with oats, kefir, blueberries, and vanilla, packed with fiber, protein, and probiotics.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup kefir (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, combine the oats and kefir.
- Swirl in the vanilla extract.
- Add the blueberries and stir well.
- Close the container and shake to mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours) for best creaminess.
- In the morning, stir again and enjoy, optionally topped with nut butter or more fresh fruit.
Notes
Add a pinch of cinnamon for dessert vibes. You can swap honey for maple syrup or skip nuts if you have a nut allergy.
