- 2 tablespoons butter
- Crushed nuts or pretzels (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the tops off the strawberries, then mash half of them to a thick, jammy texture.
- Mix the mashed strawberries into the kefir, adding sugar if desired.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave carefully, adding coconut oil if it gets thick.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberry-kefir base.
- Toast oats, brown sugar, and butter in a dry pan until golden, then scatter over the chocolate.
- For variations, swap kefir with dairy-free options or try different fruits.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
