Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (optional, for sweetness)
  • 12 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen blueberries and kefir.
  2. If desired, add banana for sweetness.
  3. Add rolled oats if using.
  4. Blend until smooth; adjust thickness with more kefir if too thick or add ice for an icy texture.
  5. Taste and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if needed.
