Description

A gut-loving drink that combines probiotics and antioxidants to help soothe arthritis symptoms and enhance mobility.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons water kefir grains
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the kefir grains with coconut water in a jar and cover it.
  2. Let it sit at room temperature for around 48 hours.
  3. Strain out the grains.
  4. Add fresh berries and muddle them in.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice, if desired.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing elixir.

Notes

Enjoy chilled or try adding chia seeds for added texture. This drink tastes even better the next day.
