Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons water kefir grains
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix the kefir grains with coconut water in a jar and cover it.
- Let it sit at room temperature for around 48 hours.
- Strain out the grains.
- Add fresh berries and muddle them in.
- Add honey and lemon juice, if desired.
- Enjoy your refreshing elixir.
Notes
Enjoy chilled or try adding chia seeds for added texture. This drink tastes even better the next day.
